"I've grown up in the Orlando area for most of my life, and for as long as Abdel's had a shop my family's been going to it. We were there before he expanded the garages, before the lifts were moved into them, and before the front lobby became the front lobby. The only thing that hasn't changed is Abdel himself. That man does the work of a dozen, and is just as honest. The prices he gives are usually cheaper than the rest, and his work ethic is above and beyond. He does his best to remember the names and faces of his customers, and photographs the work he does for the sake of transparency. He can be curt at times, but that's easily forgiven in the face of his kidness. Just before the spring heat started slamming us, he swapped by A/C Compressor in my Camry - and recharged my system for no extra cost. Before that, he'd done work on my Alternator and swapped the Battery for me. He's kept this same Camry running new for nearly 210k miles, and I know he could do it for another 90k easy as pie. A word to the wise, though: he takes on a lot of work, resulting in work taking a little longer than most other shops. For quality, that extra time for him to work on it is worthwhile."

"Our car broke down on the Fourth of July weekend. We were driving out of town in the car completely shut off on the highway. We had it towed over and really had no idea what was going on with my car. Abdel talked to us about our car and was asking us questions and really trying to understand exactly what went on. My husband and I are not being people that repair cars. I really appreciate it that he was asking lots of questions and making sure he was diagnosing the vehicle correctly. He in return needed to replace the starter and explain to us that he believed there was something else going on With the vehicle. We talk several times over the phone when he was walking through us what was going on? I needed a new engine ! He walked me through how he believed it was under warranty because the engine was seized. He explained to me to call the dealer headquarters and exactly what was going on with my car. I made arrangements for my car to be towed from a shop to the dealer headquarters, and he even assisted dealing with that. Replacing an engine was not what I had in mind and not in our budget. Abdel was correct - my engine was locked up and under warranty. He called us back even after we left his shop and was concerned for our outcome! What a horrible situation that ended up being a great outcome. Rescue Automotive and Abdel really were amazing ! Thank you"
